Ms. Ernestina K.A. Azundow

Ernestina has vast experience in Human Relations (H.R) management for about eight (8) years. She specifically worked in gender equality for women and children welfare in Ghana. She has attended series of seminars across west Africa regarding gender and children-related issues. Notable among them is the one held in Nigeria in 2019 with the topic of woman and children welfare, setting the importance in nation-building. She serves as the Director and chief executive officer (CEO) of El Foundation for the needy in Ghana. She also serves as the representative of the least-served outreach in Ghana. A non-governmental organization in Canada working with women and children affairs in gender equalities. It ensures women and children are protected, especially those in the rural communities in Ghana and Africa at large. Ernestina hold’s a Higher National Diploma (HND) in secretaryship and management from Tamale Polytechnic. She is currently a student at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management.
