Gloria Azume Kanzoni

Director of Technical Innovation

Gloria is a Mechanical Engineer, Department Head and Teacher of Mechanical Engineering courses at Bolgatanga Technical Institute. She also serves as the Coordinator of Women in Technical Education (WITTED), which is involved in organizing technical programs for young girls and encouraging them to pursue careers in the mostly male dominant sector’s of Education and Industry. Gloria’s professional certifications include City and Guild. She has experience as a Machinist and in Fleet Maintenance through the Ghana Water Company. She also manages a machine shop/production for spare parts.

Elizabeth Anona

Head of Procurement

Elizabeth has extensive knowledge and (6) six years of experience in the field of Procurement and Logistics. She has worked for (4) four years with the Sunyani Regional Hospital as a Procurement Officer. She has always performed with the Zebila District hospital and Zebila District Assembly each year under an attachment with the procurement unit. She also has worked with the Enterprise Insurance Company as a Sales Representative.

Lukeman Kanzoni

Director of Planning & Engineering

Lukeman is an expert in construction technology and management. Lukeman has over 10 years experience in working and managing construction projects across Ghana. Lukeman Kanzoni has specialty in Construction Management and has been involved in various large and complex construction projects. He has vast knowledge and experience in working with both private and public sectors. He has had a year attachment with the Ghana Standard Authority under their Testing Department. He worked as an Assistant Engineer with Akuapem South Municipal under (1) one year of national service. He has also worked with Trade Vision LTD (construction company) as an engineer and site manager for six (6) years. Also holds experience with La Dadakotopon Municipal Assembly for (3) three years. Lukeman is the leading engineering and construction supervisor for UTAP.

Director of Internal Audit & Evaluation

Ayariga has accomplished his national service as a Revenue Officer for the Ghana Revenue Authority. His role involved collecting delinquent taxes that have not been paid to the GRA and securing overdue tax returns. Ghana’s National Service Scheme is a one-year mandatory employment program for all tertiary graduates under 40. The Scheme was introduced in 1973 as a requirement for tertiary graduates upon completion of their first degrees) national services as a community development officer

Head of Operations, Agricultural Sector

George is an expert in Tropical Agriculture. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Tropical Agriculture. Graduates are specialized as Farm Administrators and are noted to inject life into lifeless and collapsing farm structures across semi-arid and tropical lands. Many have effectively managed large-scale exporting farms and other farmer service organizations nationally & internationally.

Director of Communications and Secretary

Tony served the ( Ghana’s National Service Scheme is a one-year mandatory employment program for all tertiary graduates under 40). The Scheme, introduced in 1973 as a requirement for tertiary graduates upon completion of their first degrees) national services as a community development officer. He is involved in urban planning, housing assessment needs, and revitalization projects within a cities/communities. His work includes overseeing project managers, tracking project progress, and issuing reports to superiors.
