Help Matters

If the world truly wants to help Africa, it should first terminate financial aid in favor of a continental infrastructure that interlinks Africa in a commercial setting. The awful aid process that begins and ends in corruption and most cases in the pockets of selfish politicians is worse than the previous colonization the entire continent (except Ethiopia). It’s regrettable that some African leaders’ core agenda is to exploit the needy, cry racism and continue with their version of exploitation. Africa needs bold programs to help people help themselves. UTAP-Africa believes in the old adage that states “If you give a person fish, they’re enslaved to you forever, but, if you teach them how to fish, you’ve open the door for lasting self-sufficiency to fish for themselves.”
By targeting segmental rural areas and utilizing cultural alliances, vast opportunities can be exerted within a targeted area to successfully dwarf and circumvent the rampant corruption which plagues many governments in Africa. Africa’s elite, the well-connected, educated and with the knowledge for good governance seems to be totally skewed towards self-enrichment. No regards to the destructive force they put on the entire communities. UTAP’s paradigm si what is termed “Communal Capitalism” cooperative competition for the benefit of all.
