Naming Rights to Constructed Irrigation Dams

The community, as a sign of goodwill and recognition for benefactors for their generosity, are offered the naming rights to any of the five lakes, or two dams to be constructed along the Volta River.

Lake Gubara and others are the essential natural lakes forming part of the irrigation component for our project. The lake is part of the agricultural valley of Arigu, UTAPAFRICA’s project area.

The depth and span of UTAP efforts are model-driven through nonprofit donations and the generosity of those who recognize the value of agriculture and reforestation. Also, the need and understanding of the need to help semi-arid Africa provide the community infrastructure paradigm to foster agribusinesses. The individual or corporate donation enhances the conduct of high-quality irrigation dam, which offers excellent ways to gear development onto the nonprofit arena, as other methods may have failed through inept leadership.
