Values

To serve as a communal social compass, with the courage to shape a better future, leveraging cohesive genius that is transparent, accountable, and committed. To achieve and build lasting relationships with our champions (sponsors), we strive for clarity and accountability as a strategic imperative.  We believe that Transparency aids accountability. However, it does not mean all information should be made publicly available but must be available on our portal for those needing to know. The board oversees appropriate reporting to stakeholders about the organization's performance and financial position.

  • The Dry Season

In the dry season, agricultural operation is impossible without irrigation. Farmers move to cities, creating population density and poverty. The dry season is one of two seasons in semi-arid Africa.  The dry season is characterized by low humidity, lack of water and depletion of subsistence crops between November to April yearly.
  • The Rainy-Wet Season

The rainy or wet season occurs during a warm season, or summer, precipitation takes place.  In the wet season, air quality improves, freshwater quality improves, and vegetation grows substantially, leading to crop yields late in the season. Rivers overflow their banks and drain into lakes within the white Volta river networks.
